1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We usually include free shipping worldwide. Delivery times range from 9-15 days, depending on the supplier and destination country. We always do our best to ensure your package reaches you quickly and smoothly. 

2. What is my Tracking Number?

You'll receive a Tracking Number by email with all orders in a 1-3 business days. Stay updated on your order status with ease! Feel free to reach us at support@royaldropshop.com if you didn't receive it.

3. How to change the shipping details or cancel my Order?

There's a short window to update your delivery details. If you need to update your shipping address, reach out us at support@royaldropshop.com as soon as you make your order. If your order has yet to ship and we are able to stop it, we will be able to cancel your order. Please note that we probably won't be able to update shipping details if your order is already on a shipping process. We can make a request to cancel and see if it comes back to us, then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

4. Do you offer any guaranties?

Yes, we provide 30 day guarantee. If you received the wrong or defective product, please take photos or videos and email us, we will replace your purchase after confirmation for free of make a refund.
